Register Online Here: Click here to access the Annual Conference online registration form and secure payment site. Be sure to check the Disclaimer before entering your information. Complete the form, then click "Next". You will have an opportunity to review your information. To make changes, click "Edit". To accept the information, click "Add to Cart". Payment options include pay by check or by credit card. Credit card payments will be processed by a secure site. When payment information is complete, click the "Complete Now" button and your registration will be complete. A confirmation page will appear and you will click "I'm Done" to exit.
Print registration form (in PDF format) to mail in: Open file. You can 1) type your information into the form by clicking in check boxes and/or form fields, using the Tab Key to move through the form, and print to local printer, OR 2) print the form to your local printer and fill in by hand. Send complete registration to NCNY Conference, PO Box 1515, Cicero NY 13039 with payment, if applicable. If payment is not being made, you may save the document to your hard drive, then email it as an attachment to vicki@ncnyumc.org.
