Word:
"How clearly the sky reveals God's glory! How plainly it shows what he has done! Each day announces it to the following day; each night repeats it to the next. No speech or words are used, no sound is heard; yet there message goes out to all the world and is heard to the end of the earth...."
Psalms 19:1-4
Message:
When was the last time you searched the skies for God's glory? It's very similarity to the age old axiom "Stop and smell the roses." All to often we take the beauty that surrounds us for granted. We are often to busy worrying about our "urgent" priorities to marvel at the wonders of God's creation. God who created all things and exists all things can often be appreciated just by staring at the clouds, a forest of falling leaves, or even a sunset. I would encourage all of you to try and take a little time each day to enjoy the beauty of creation and thank God for it.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father thank you for the beautiful world you have created. Thank you for the stars and the clouds and the sun and the trees. Please help me to find time in my busy day to marvel at your wondrous creation, and catch a glimpse of your eternal glory. Amen.
God Bless,
James
