Resource Center —
| Any United Methodist Church Group or individual may order and reserve materials from the NCNY Conference Resource Center. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance. There are no rental fees. You are responsible for returning the videos promptly in person or by Library mail. Please call the Conference Office at 800-699-8715 (ext. 301 or 304) or email using our shopping cart feature as mentioned below. If you do not see what you are looking for, please call the Resource Center for assistance or email conferencemail@ncnyumc.org. |

RETURNING RESOURCES
Resource materials are assigned a DUE DATE and MUST be back to the Resource Center to ensure that the next recipient is not disappointed and to avoid any late fees. Late fees are $ .50 per day and are assessed starting the day after the due date and will continue until the resource materials are returned to the Resource Center. If the materials are needed for a longer period of time, PLEASE CALL THE RESOURCE CENTER (800-699-8715 X301 or X304) to extend your due date. An extension will be possible if materials have not been previously reserved.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
It is our goal to keep materials in good working condition. Materials are checked for defects before release, and again upon return. Funds are generated from your shared ministry dollars and are used to purchase new materials. YOU or YOUR CHURCH are responsible for repair or replacement of materials found to be damaged upon return. YOU or YOUR CHURCH are also responsible for costs of materials when they are late, lost, stolen or misplaced. These costs will be billed to the local church. Please be responsible with these valuable, spiritual resources. |

Shopping Cart Feature
Click on "Search Our Collection" and that link will bring you to a page with a shopping cart feature that will allow you to choose your resource(s) and submit them to us at the Resource Center . Please be advised that this feature is to be used as a request only, not a direct order, since we will have to clear the resource(s) for availability before we can confirm your order.
Type in your search phrase, then as the items come up, you may choose to add them (one at a time) to your "shopping cart". You must click and open the item that you want to add in order for the shopping cart feature to appear, then click on "go to previous page" twice after adding each selection, to get back to your original search list in order to choose the next item.
