| Q - What do we do with the dollar for shipping the Health Kits? |

A - At annual conference we approved a conference advance special #1707 UMCOR Kits Shipment Dollars. Please have local church treasurers send a check to the conference for any money collected to help ship the kits. Suggested amounts are $1.00 per kit and $1.50 per Flood Bucket. |
| Q - Can we send materials for the kits instead of making them ourselves? |

A - Yes. (And shipment dollars can be sent with or without sending any kits or materials.) |
| Q - How should we pack the kits? |

A - Pack them in sturdy, medium-sized boxes that would allow for about twenty or so health kits (like a box that reams of paper comes in) Please remove as much air as possible from each kit, and make sure the items are all present (no substitutions) and visible in each kit. Label on the outside of the box: number and type of kits and the name of your church or organization. |
